POTATO FRY | ALOO FRY

Potato fry/ aloo fry is everybody's favorite. Here is a simple, fast recipe. Potato fry taste's best with TOMATO CHARU  or PAPU CHARU  with rice. Also potato fry/ aloo fry with DOSA  is a classic combination. Here's the link to TOMATO RASAM/ TOMATO CHARU recipe:  Here, TOMATO CHARU COOKING TIME:15-20MINUTES SERVINGS: 3-4SERVES INGREDIENTS: 1. Potato: 5-6 Medium sized 2. Oil: 3 tablespoons 3. Cumen seeds: 1/2 teaspoon (zeera) 4. Onion: 1 medium sized 5. Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon (haldi) 6. Corainder powder: 1/2 teaspoon (dhania) 7. Salt: 1/2 teaspoon or as per taste 8. Chilly powder: 1teaspoon or green Chilly: 5-6 9. Corainder leaves PROCEDURE: 1.
