WATERMELON JUICE | WATERMELON ICE POPS

It's summer time and it's the best reason to have an ice cream or ice pops (not that we need any reason to have ice cream😅). Here is how we make ice pops or juice from watermelon. It tastes good both ways. Try this at your home. And also, you can make this sugar free because watermelons are sweet most of time. So, it's healthy and also satisfies our cravings.😉 PREPARATION TIME: 5 MINUTES SERVINGS: 3 GLASSES OF JUICE/ 10-12 ICE POPS INGREDIENTS: 1. Watermelon: 1/2 medium sized watermelon 2. Salt: 1/4th teaspoon 3. Sugar: 1 tablespoon(optional) PROCEDURE: 1. 1st take you half cut watermelon and remove the peel. 2. Cut the watermelon into pieces and then add into a grinder jar. 4. Grind it for about minute and add the salt . If you want the juice to be more sweet, you can add the sugar and grind it for 30 seconds- 1 minute. OKRA FRY| BENDAKAYA FRY

Okra fry is a simple and easy recipe to make, serve it with Pappu Charu or Tomato  Charu. I feel that Pappu Charu is classic dish in our household. I remember when we were kids we used to crave for it at our grandparents house. It has a lot of ingredients and requires more time to cook, but in the end it’s worth it. It’s great to have with rice and also idli. PINEAPPLE ICECREAM | PINEAPPLE ICE CREAM WITH HEAVY CREAM

  Pineapple icecream is one such icecream which is very rarely available and which tastes good. One place where I love pineapple icecream is creambell. So I thought why not prepare something which I love and which also tastes good. This is my second attempt and this icecream is actually delicious. Here is my recipe for pineapple icecream at home and you can make it without heavy cream too. Also don’t forget to check the nutritional values at the end of the recipe INGREDIENTS: 1. Pineapple: 2 medium sized 2. Full fat milk: 1 litre 3. Sugar: 1 teacup (or as per taste)  4. Salt: 1/4 teaspoon 5. Pineapple essence: 1 teaspoon 6. Heavy cream (optional) 7. Hi there!! So here I am just another bored person trying to do something productive, hoping to come through this pandemic with a feather in my cap. I have started learning how to cook. But the problem is " Me + Kitchen = Disaster " . And my mom is just trying to turn me into a person who would not burn down the kitchen for a bowl of ramen. And in this process of learning to cook for dummies like me, I thought why not share this with people who might just be like me, and hoping to help them just like I am being helped. So this blog is just about that. To being able to cook in simple manner with not much hassle and still be able to make food that actually tastes good.
