MASALA SWEET CORN | SPICY SWEET CORN RECIPE
Sweet corn is my favourite. Masala sweet corn would be a great option as a snack or even dinner when you don’t want to have anything too heavy.
TIME: 15 MINUTES
SERVINGS: 3 SERVES
INGREDIENTS:
1. Sweet Corn: 3 medium sized or 3 cups of sweet corn
2. Oil: 1 tablespoon
3. Salt: 1/2 teaspoon (or as per taste)
4. Chilly powder: 1 teaspoon (or as per taste)
PROCEDURE:
1. Peel the sweet corn
2. Add the oil to the pan and ON the stove
3. Then add the sweet corn and keep the flame medium
4. Mix them for 10 minutes (mix in the middle)
5. Then add the salt and chilly powder
6. Mix them and off the stove
7. Your masala sweet corn is ready
Note: The corn will be medium spicy, you can add more or less chilly powder as per your taste.
