Hi there!! So here I am just another bored person trying to do something productive, hoping to come through this pandemic with a feather in my cap. I have started learning how to cook. But the problem is " Me + Kitchen = Disaster " . And my mom is just trying to turn me into a person who would not burn down the kitchen for a bowl of ramen. And in this process of learning to cook for dummies like me, I thought why not share this with people who might just be like me, and hoping to help them just like I am being helped. So this blog is just about that. To being able to cook in simple manner with not much hassle and still be able to make food that actually tastes good. POTATO FRY | ALOO FRY

Potato fry/ aloo fry is everybody's favorite. Here is a simple, fast recipe. Potato fry taste's best with TOMATO CHARU  or PAPU CHARU  with rice. Summer is never complete for us without mango juice and atlu. Generally, we have mango juice with chapati or dosa but trust me mango juice tastes best with atlu. Atlu is more like a dosa but it's instant one, single one is called as Attu. Do try it yourself and you will definitely love it, also don't forget to comment down below if you like it. Sheer kurma is a vermicelli dish, which is rich in milk, dry fruits and love. I remember when we used to wait for Ramzan, so that we can have sheer kurma. When I was a child, we didn't know that sheer kurma was made on EID, and not during Ramzan. It's a treat for everyone and especially my sister loves this dish, so my mom started preparing it every year on the day of EID. Bread pizza is simpler version of the normal pizza. Normally, pizza is usually a very long process to make and has different steps. But bread pizza is something which is very fast to make and very very simple. It can be prepared by using the ingredients which are usually present in our home. BASIC CHEESECAKE RECIPE| CHEESECAKE WITHOUT CREAM CHEESE

PREPARATION TIME: 30 MINUTES COOKING TIME:30 MINUTES INGREDIENTS: 1. Full fat milk: 1 litre 2. Vinegar: 1 tablespoon 3. Eggs: 2 4. Sugar: 4 tablespoons 5. Cornflour: 1 teaspoon 6. Biscuits: 10-15 7. Butter: 1 tablespoon/ ghee 8. Essence: 1teaspoon 9. Heavy cream: 100gms (optional) PREPARATION: CREAM CHEESE : 1. Boil the full fat milk. 2. Once the milk are boiled, then add the vinegar so that the milk curdles. 3. Wait till the entire milk is curdled. 4. Then take a thin cotton cloth and add the curdled milk to it. And drain the milk so the extra water will be separated. 5. Once the water are completely drained. Your cream cheese is ready. * if you want you can buy the cream cheese directly from any store, to avoid the above steps* 6. Once the cream cheese is ready, add it a grinder jar. 7.
